Richard Ballantine, responsible for importing the first mountain-bikes into the UK, all round legend and author of the famous Richard’s Bicycle Books, will be at the Show, signing copies of his new book: City Cycling. Come and talk to the great man!

World-famous cycle designer and author, Mike Burrows, will also be there with his 2D CityBike and an example of his 8Freight load carrier. (We'll be bringing along a couple of vintage Burrows Engineering machines from our collection including the 'Amsterdam' and 'Speedy' 007 as well as a folding Halfway, designed by Mike and manufactured by Giant. It promises to be a really fascinating display for anyone interested in the evolution of the modern folding bike).

Ian Marsden has kindly agreed to attend the show on Monday Bank Holiday. Ian is the UKs most successful handcycle athlete and will be there with his extraordinary hi-tech titanium trike.

Jim McGurn, Managing Director of Company of Cyclists, author of 'On Your Bicycle, The Illustrated Story of Cycling' and several other books on cycling. His vision motivates all of us at Company of Cyclists. He is far too modest to think of himself as a 'celeb'. We'll be trying to persuade Jim to sign copies of his book for sale at the show.
