Our refunds policy

Tickets are not refundable unless the event is cancelled, in which case they are refundable in full.

The exception is cancellation due to unanticipated restrictions of movement or other restriction imposed or strongly recommended by local authority or other agency of government. In these circumstances, no refunds will be given, but the organisers will make every effort to run the show at a later date, such that tickets will be valid for the later event.

Adverse weather is not regarded as a cause for cancellation. However, poor weather may cause some curtailment of outdoor activities. The organisers deem that they have provided sufficient levels of indoor activity cover such circumstances, and that refunds due to adverse weather will not be considered.

Other conditions

Unwanted tickets are transferable to others, provided that we have been informed of the new owner’s name address and telephone number.

You cannot use a Sunday ticket on the Monday, or vice-versa.

An email ticket is only valid if presented on the day in conjunction with unequivocal proof of identity.

Complaints policy

If you have any queries or complaints related to the purchase of your tickets, please contact the organisers of the show: show@companyofcyclists.com. Tel 01904 778080. Our policy is to achieve resolution of the problem within five working days.

When will Company of Cyclists charge my credit/switch card? 

Your card will not be charged until your tickets are despatched.  Our aim is to send your tickets by email or post within five days of receipt of your payment.

Is my credit/switch card number secure? 

Yes! The part of our website which collects your credit card information is hosted at a secure server. Before you can send us your details, your computer establishes a direct connection to that server. The latest encryption technology is used to enable secure transfer of your personal data.

Value-added tax

All ticket prices include VAT at the rate of 17.5%.

Your obligations as visitor

By purchasing a ticket you undertake to adhere to the standards of behaviour set out on the page on this website entitled ‘track rules’. In extreme circumstances, and for the safety of others, the Show Director has authority to require you to leave the Show on demand, with no recourse to refund.

Privacy policy

We have a strict policy of confidentiality. None of your details (personal or financial) are passed on to third parties.
